DESCRIPTION:ATW Friday Night Runs 5k – Colchester\nThe ATW Friday Night Runs return to Colchester for an evening of fast\, chip-timed racing on a traffic-free\, officially measured 5km course. Whether you’re aiming for a personal best\, taking on your first 5k\, or competing for county honours\, this event caters for runners of all abilities. \nThe evening begins at 5:30pm with a 1-mile race and fun run\, followed by a series of 5km races organised by predicted finish time.
