DESCRIPTION:ATW Friday Night Runs 5k – Colchester\nThe ATW Friday Night Runs return to Colchester for an evening of fast\, chip-timed racing on a traffic-free\, officially measured 5km course. Whether you’re aiming for a personal best\, taking on your first 5k\, or competing for county honours\, this event caters for runners of all abilities. \nThe evening begins at 5:30pm with a 1-mile race and fun run\, followed by a series of 5km races organised by predicted finish time. DESCRIPTION:The Essex Way Relay Race returns on Sunday 6 September 2026. The race covers the 82 miles of the Essex Way from Epping Station to Harwich Old Lighthouse in 10 stages. Entry is free for Essex running clubs. \nTRR needs 10 runners to field a team\, although we can enter more than one team.
