While on the subject of Malcolm, it turns out that he set a new V65 club record back in April of this year. At Markshall park run, in a time of 27:09. But only realised when he was checking some other claims.

Sue long, This Trail was a bit fiddly we ended up doing nearly 8 miles in the end. It was worth it though for the bacon roll at the end. 2:04:47

For her stellar performance during the county champs throughout the season. Consistently breaking club records now she’s in her new age group and turning out for races representing TRR week after week. She also start the shoe collecting initiative with jog on. And is always smiling!

He needs no introduction he’s out very own TRR superman. Our ultra-legend. He doesn’t do things in halves he recently completed the multi day ultra race called Grand to Grand Ultra which is 275km over 6 stages in 7 days… it’s fully self-supported and gruelling with the terrain which consists of dunes, sand, canyons and rocks.

Club standard and pb claims.
Regarding club std’s, still a few of claiming std even though you have already achieved it. You can only achieve a colour once (bronze/silver or gold in your age group) you either move up to the next std or change age groups. They are all recorded on the website and it is updated monthly.
Please also check your pb’s before making a claim on this also, it’s on the results page on the website, which is updated monthly.
