Refunds, Transfers, Deferrals, and On-The-Day Entries
Refunds: No refunds are permitted. If you are unable to attend the race please notify the Race Director.
Transfers: Transfers are available until midnight on Sunday 5th October. There will be no transfers on race day. Any participant found transferring their number will be disqualified.
Deferrals: No deferrals are permitted.
On-the-day entries: If the event sells out, no on-the-day entries will be available. If any places remain, they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis at race HQ.
Travel to Race HQ & Parking
Limited parking is available at Leisure World Tiptree. Please follow marshal instructions on arrival.
If on-site parking is full, please use nearby roads considerately and avoid blocking driveways or the race route.
When leaving the car park, exit will be left turn only to help traffic flow.

Arrival – Number & Chip Collection
Registration opens at 08:30am and closes at 09:45am in the main hall. Late arrivals will not be permitted to race.
Race numbers must be collected on race day and will not be posted in advance. Numbers are allocated by surname. Please complete all medical information on the reverse. Safety pins and pens are provided.
Race HQ Facilities
Please respect the venue, local residents, and surrounding area. Do not drop litter anywhere on site or course.
Toilets: Portable toilets are located near the finish with additional facilities inside Race HQ. Please do not use private property.
Refreshments: Tea, coffee, cakes and refreshments are available in the main hall. All proceeds support local charities.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on site.
Baggage: Bags may be left in the main hall at your own risk. Please avoid blocking exits or walkways.
JogOn Shoe Collection: Unwanted running shoes can be donated in the main hall for JogOn.
Race Start Time
The pre-race brief takes place at 10:00am outside the sports centre (or inside the main hall if wet).
All runners will walk to the start at 10:10am (approximately 10–15 minutes).
Start time: 10:30am on Sunday 12th October 2025.
Race Conduct
Headphones: Only bone-conduction headphones are permitted. All others must be removed if requested by marshals.
Finish: Only pass through the finish funnel once. Collect water and refreshments and do not re-enter the finish area.
Dogs: Dogs are not allowed in the race.
Marshals: Please follow marshal instructions at all times.
Start line: Please position yourself in an appropriate time zone by 10:20am.
Numbers: Must be visible at all times and not altered in any way.
Course: Keep left unless directed otherwise. No accompanying runners unless officially entered.
Respect: Please follow the countryside code and respect other users of the course.
Course Map & Gradient
The course is fast and mostly flat, running through Tiptree and surrounding villages.
Pacers
Pacers will be available for the following finish times:
70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, and 110 minutes.
Water Stations
There are three water stations on the course, one of which is passed twice. Biodegradable cups are used.
In hot weather, runners are advised to carry additional hydration.
First Aid & Medical Arrangements
Please do not race if you feel unwell. Ensure all medical details are completed on your race number.
Medical cover is provided by Challenge First Aid.
Medals & T-Shirts
T-shirts: Pre-ordered items must be collected after the race. No size exchanges are possible on the day.
Medals & awards: Awards will be presented from 12:30pm in the main hall.
Photographs
Photographs will be taken by club members and shared on Tiptree 10 social media pages after the event.
