Parkrun results from the weekend.

Marks Hall, TRR take over.

Annabel Marriott 2nd go at timekeeping
Phil Nicholls 00:24:08 24 min Pacer
Chris Gardiner 00:24:18
Dave Cassin 00:25:21 Part of the Parkrun takeover pacing team. Pacing at 26 mins but came in a little early. Good relaxed run and had a few runners pacing with me, one of which managed to take 40 seconds off his PB. Great atmosphere.
Rob Still 00:25:38 Feel a bit bad, didn’t realise TRR was taking over the park run.
Quite happy with time seeing I ran from home in Kelvedon
Angela Dellar 00:27:04 27 min pacer. Really enjoyable
Rob Hankey 00:27:56 I was carpark marshal and barcode scanner, and I ran with Michelle (pacing 28min). So many happy parkrunners thanks to TRR’s amazing support and encouragement!
Michelle Edwards 00:27:56 28 min pacer with Rob , 115 ft elevation
Julia Bawden 00:30:01 1st in age group and somehow managed to get my 30 minute pacer time just right!

Chairman’s Challenge total ascent:82 ft.

Anna Taylor 00:32:20
Alex Hadley 00:32:51 Pacing 34 mins, but nearer 33, so a bit too quick! Although did run up the hill for the first time with a lady who had never done it either and she was pleased, so that’s a win! Lovely TRR support as always
Jayne vernon 00:33.30 I was too quick but happy to encourage some awesome ladies get PBs
Sue Long 00:34:12 Elevation 151

I was a pacer at this event. Pacing 36 but I had to many weetabix for breakfast and came in to quick 🤦‍♀️

Kimberley Hall 00:38:00 38 bang on! Get in! 🤣
Len Marten 00:38:24 Elevation Gain 45m (147ft)

I was pacing 39mins, and my cunning plan was to just run one minute behind Kim. Whilst Kim got a result that was bang on 38mins I was 36 seconds too fast so back to the drawing board!

Stacy Hember 01:01:45 Helped out at the park run as the tail walker. Was nice to catch up with a few of the TRR family x

Thankful to have the company of Vicky on this random course and proud to be a TRR lady helping to bring home the vet team prize (good job the last mile was tarmac!) 🙂

18 Chris Gardiner 01:49:47 Very wet! Ankle deep puddles all along the route. But I loved this road race. Great to have runners from every group at the club out pushing themselves in some tough underfoot conditions. PB and club std.

37 Morven Hurding 01:59:45
38 Rob Hankey 01:59:46 More of a swim than a run, but thrilled to have achieved a bronze standard! The field was so spread out that I was thankful for running the entire race with Morven – we had a good chatty run and stuck to the plan.
