A challenging 15 mile, multi-terrain course, incorporating sections of the Canvey Island sea wall, and the undulating Hadleigh Downs.
(not suitable for spikes or wheelchair competitors)
Benfleet 15 family 1 mile run – 10.00am start, the Benfleet 15 – 10.30am start
Raced under UK rules of Competition – UKA Licence TBA (in progress)
