Springfield Striders have been running this race since 1999. A great low-key race open to all abilities. The race will be Chip Timed and consists of a 2 lap course on quiet country lanes around the beautiful Essex Village of Pleshey, near Chelmsford. (5 miles). There’s usually no medal, but your race number can be swapped for a burger or vegetarian option at the post race BBQ.
