The Friday 5 series of races is long established in Suffolk and Framlingham Flyers are hosting one of the 2018 series of races .  The 6 events, each held on a Friday evening, are 5 miles in length and over varying courses from off road, through multi terrain to road.

The 2018 GBRC Friday 5 will be held on Friday 6th July and will start and finish at Great Bentley Village Hall.   Please note there is no participant parking at the Village Hall. However, there is ample parking near the Village Green which will be clearly signposted and marshalled.

The race will start on Sunday 23rd September 2018 at 11.00 a.m. and will be run over the route introduced six years ago, beginning at the Anglo European School in Willow Green, Ingatestone. Thanks to the school's support, we will be using their parking facilities and the registration will take place there
