Centurion Running Wendover Woods 50 mile trail.
Gavin Laws, finishing time of 10:25:42. “Finished 30th. 10,000 ft of climb. Bloody ‘ard!”

“Lovely route, foggy to start with, which did coarse a problem in heading towards a broken tree. Nobody could see it! A little bit muddy in places but the sun did make an appearance near the end and the pint went down well!”
Sue, Simon and Mandy running the 16.5 mile route together in 04:37:24 “Mandy, Simon and I done this trail. Very foggy to start off with, nice trail though. Shout out for Mandy as this was the first time she had done this distance.” 👏🙂

VET’s xc at Writtle college on the 6th Dec, over 40’s in 5-year age bands. I need to submit runners by the 25th November please. 3 races- ladies 40 +, men 40-49 and 50 and over.
Park run take over at Maldon on the 26th November. There is a post on fb.

If you haven’t already done so, please fill out the google form, less than half the club has so far.
2022-23 League
New league started now some please submit your results to get league points details are on our website. We now have a new tick box at the bottom, you can submit a result but not have it read out if you wish. Still get league points.
Club standard and pb claims.
Regarding club std’s, still a few of claiming std even though you have already archived it. You can only archive a colour once (bronze/silver or gold in your age group) you either move up to the next std or change age groups. They are all recorded on the website and it is updated monthly.
Please also check your pb’s before making a claim on this also, it’s on the results page on the website, which is updated monthly.
