It’s been a quieter weekend race wise allowing everyone recovery time from the Benfleet 15.

At Hainaut cross country, Edward Skinner run the 8.5k course in an amazing 49:38.
parkrun PBs
- One of our newest members Michelle Edney ran her parkrun PB of 26:38 and a TRR bronze standard too
- Sally Banyard ran 23:17, 24 seconds off previous PB which is amazing and a mere 1 second off a gold standard – so who will pace Sally this Saturday?
Well done to all runners this weekend. The league is now on so don’t forget to submit race results through the website. Of 28 doing parkrun, 15 have submitted results so please do get your results in.
