Len Marten, “I targeted 30mins and finished with a time of 29:59 so happy with that. This is a 14s improvement on last week’s time and a new “fastest this year” time.

Stacy Hember, I can last place 322 runners and walkers. Due to not able to run, I helped at Maldon as the tail walker. I walked with a lovely lady who was in her 70’s. Though it was a cold day, the sun was out and a lovely morning for a walk or run 🌞

NESS xc race 2, Gosfield school.
We had 22 runner come out to do properly the best xc course on the calender.
Ladies finished 2nd and men 3rd, giving us 2nd overall on the day. We maintain 2nd position in the league with 3 rounds to go. Next race hilly fields in Colchester on 10th December.
