Runner of the month September.

Men,

In September he had an outstanding run taking over seven minutes off his personal-best and his first ever club standard – a silver – at London Big Half despite sporting an impressive big toe blister by the end. 🤢

Running his heart out to win the best home straight photo of the day as voted by Phil Nicholls, he also supported the TTR cross country relay effort at North Weald. 😀

This member is always laughing, joking, spooking, supporting and cajoling his fellow runners in G2.5 – our Glen Head!

Glen Head.

Ladies,

For her contributions to both G1 and the club as a whole. Her top tips series on the FB Members group, her training sessions on both a Tuesday and a Thursday and her overall enthusiasm and help that she’s provided. The club needs more Jaynes 😉
