Andrew Goodson, 1 character per mile? Hot, hilly, stomach rejected food, tired, 2nd 100 in 2 weeks; Did it anyway. 100 miles in 23:40:34

TRR members track night at Braintree on the 4th October, 6.45 warm up, 7.00 on track with Pete. Club has paid gate fees.

Essex XC league race 1, Hainault  Saturday 5th October. Register on Roster athletics nothing to pay, as the club has paid the fees for the year.

XC relay at Weald park, 12th October, Kerry put a message on each of the training whatsapp group, please reply if you would like to run. Then come and help at the T10 the following day.
