Missed off last week’s notices, Craig Vernon run a pb in 25.34 (sorry I missed this)

Julia Bawden 27:36, 1st in age group and fastest park run this year

Steve Nicholls, running 29.53, happy to get under the 30 min mark!

Also running were, Anita Leaver 35:30, Stacy Hember 26:00, Rob Hankey 20:36 on his 1st visit.

Michelle running her 3rd pb in as many weeks in 23:30! And 1st in age category.

Sharon Hardwicke, 3 days post surgery..No records broken but was congratulated for being” first over the finish line wearing a sling”😊🤣

Craig and Jayne Vernon pacing Alex Hadley 30.04, just run out of steam to go under 30.

We have some medals to hand out to our 2nd placed ladies team, Morven, Lorraine and Stacy

No training this Thursday.

We will be at Braintree running track from 6.30 for 6.45 start of warm up, on track at 7.00

We still have a few places available if you would like to attend, please message Angela.

Training on the night being lead by Julie, a junior EA coach.

Next park run take over, will be at Mersea on the 25th June. Stay for some fun afterwards.

If you would like to be included in the parish notices results, have your pb’s and club standards recognised you will need to submit your results via the TRR website please.

 

Current training block is geared to improving 5k pace, we will be taking part at a Markshall park run on the 9th July, which is optional. If you’re unsure about the 5k training please speak to your group run leader. They will come up with something to suit everyone.
