Carl Harper, run 23:42 Parkrun tourism at the National Running show
Markshall parkrun
Rachel Chatfield, running 28.17. She commented “it Just goes to show the difference a trained dog can make I completed the same run in February with Fergal in 23.08”
Rob Hankey, run another pb in 20:31 finishing 1st in his age category, and 3rd position in the TRR all-time top finishers at Markshall.
Michelle Edney, run a pb in 23.34 finishing 1st in age category and 3rd female.
Jolly sailor trail from Heybridge basin.
Jayne Vernon, run the 6.5 mile trail trying to lose Craig.
Anita Leaver and Sue Long and I ran together. We got drenched but still enjoyed ourselves! Run 2 laps of the lake at the end, but were pointed in the right direction by 2 fisherman.
Colchester 10k.
Richard Garrett pacing 50 min, came in 13 sec under.
Halstead and Essex Marathon, including Essex Champs.
