TRR members track night at Braintree on the 4th October, 6.45 warm up, 7.00 on track with Pete. Club has paid fees.
Essex XC league race 1, Hainault Saturday 5th October. Register on Roster athletics nothing to pay, as the club has paid the fees for the year.
XC relay at Weald park, 12th October, Kerry put a message on each of the training whatsapp group, please reply if you would like to run. Then come and help at the T10 the following day.
Grizzly 2025, club draw has been done now, well done to all the luck members who got a place. General entry this year will be by ballot.
