Training This Thursday

Chris Gardiner is leading Thursday’s mixed ability Mutleys Loop session, starting from the Thurstable School. More details in the Thursday WhatsApp training group. Please vote in the poll so Chris knows who is joining him.

Upcoming Events

  • It’s the final race of the Essex XC League this Saturday at Gloucester Park, Basildon. The ladies race (4 miles) starts at 12.00, with the men’s race (5 miles) starting at 12.45pm. We need at least 3 ladies to prevent us from being relegated to league 3. Men just keep doing what you have all season please. Our cross country page has all the details.
