A challenging 10k trail race organised by Phoenix Striders, taking place on the paths and trails of Langdon Hills.

• Race start: 10:15am
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Registration opens: 8:30am
• Online entries close: 12:00 noon on Saturday 25 July
• Entries on the day available (subject to capacity, additional £2 fee)

A free children’s fun run will take place at 9:30am. No pre-booking is required.

Please allow plenty of time for parking and number collection. Race numbers must be collected on the day from the Discovery Centre. Toilets are available, but there are no changing facilities.

The event supports Essex Wildlife Trust and Brighter Opportunities for Special People (BOSP).
