Rayne Anniversary Challenge 22
Lee Kerrison racking up the miles at this Lap event, he run just ran 6, 5km laps. Saying it was lovely event run by Hare & tortoise. Well organised and very friendly staff.
Essex champs relays at The Northern gate way.
TRR entered 8 teams on the day. Great feed and lovely comments about this event.

Brighton Marathon weekend.
In the Brighton 10k event, Sally Banyard run 49.11 setting a pb and archiving a silver std. There to support Fellow TRR members running the Marathon distance.
Sam Yell, running a pb 4:06:21, said it was hot and hard!
Jodie Wells, just outside her pb in 4:19:55. She would like to thank fellow TRR members for their support.
London Landmarks, late result.
Sass Clacy, Running her first ever half marathon and I came in the top 5% for women! In 1:51:51 setting a club std.
The club would like to thank Luke for his support run leading, especially with group 2.5. He is taking a break for business reasons. All the members wish him well and hope to see him back at club soon.
Training this Thursday from the school 6.45 for 7.00 start.
