Southend 10k, 5th Oct, final race of Essex champs series 2025.
XC relays at Hylands park, 11th October. teams of 3 apart from senior men, which is a team of 4. 6km loop. Pre enter event so please let Jayne know if you would like to enter.
Essex league cross country dates 2025/26 season. Enter via Roster athletics website https://meets.rosterathletics.com/public/competitions
Ladies race 4 miles, starts at 12.00, Mens race 5 miles starts at 12.45
Your club has paid a yearly fee to allow members to run as many of these races as you wish, turn up in club kit.

Fixture 2 – 8th November 2025 at Hainault, hosted by Ilford AC
Fixture 3 – 22nd November 2025 at Hadleigh hosted by Leigh on Sea Striders and SS Athletics
Fixture 4 – 10th January 2026 at Hilly Fields, Colchester hosted by Colchester Harriers AC and Colchester and Tendring AC
Fixture 5 – 7th February 2026 at Gloucester Park, hosted by Basildon AC, Billericay Striders and City of Southend AC
NESS cross country league dates 2025/26 season.
- Junior races start at 10 am and seniors at 10.45, entry fee £5 per senior runner (paid by the club for members)
- Men and women run together, approx 5 miles.
- 26th October – Ipswich
- 16th November – Springfield
- 30th November – GBRC
- 7th December – BDAC
- 15th February – Halstead
- 22nd February – Harwich
