His first 10k race and obtaining his first running medal at Chelmsford ale 10k trail.
His first Parkrun milestone reached 25 at Maldon.

It’s hard to believe he’s only been with the club for 5 months. It’s fabulous to see him embrace all our club has to offer and watch his passion for running grow. We look forward to seeing him smash and tick off many more Firsts…..

Ladies.
Back in June, this lady was concerned about whether she’d be able to run again!
Sensibly building back pace, volume and distance, saw great progression over the summer, with a very specific race as the target.
Learning from previous injuries and marathons, a sensible build through the TRR groups and an easier taper meant she hit her target time Dorney marathon with days to spare, to make London Marathon Good For Age cut off.
On top of this she’s sat on the T10 sub committee to support with the finance side of things. This month’s Runner of the month is …
