Thursday Training

  • This Thursday our mixed-ability training is being led by Sally.
  • Meet at 6:45pm at the Railway Tavern, Kelvedon, CO5 9JD for a 5(ish) mile loop of road and possibly a bit of trail (road shoes are fine).
  • All abilities are very, very welcome. Run backs and bit of effort can be provided.

  • The Essex Way Relay is Sunday 6th September 2026. Stuart Collett is coordinating the TRR team.
