Training This Thursday

  • Training this Thursday is with Sharon in Maldon. Meet at the Blackwater Leisure Centre, CM9 5UR. 6:45pm warm up for a 7pm start. The session will be a mixed-relay with efforts and recoveries. Options for all abilities.

  • The Essex Way Relay is this Sunday, 6th September 2026. Stuart Collett is coordinating our TRR teams. There is a dedicated WhatsApp group within the TRR Community – please join if you are interested in taking part or supporting the event in any capacity.
