Highlights
Mark Gardiner ran at Maldon for the first time and got himself a PB of 22.34.
Simon Gill attend his 100th different parkrun
Rob Still ran at Maldon this was his fastest run this year 23.53 ,thanks to Chris, Ryan and Matt
Simon Gallager at Highwoods came 12th overall 2nd in age cat 23.50
Stacey Hember ran a silver standard at Maldon in 26.56

Julia Bawden in an amazing time of 4.47.53 knocking 2 mins off her PB. Which gives her a silver standard .

Simone Hilliard 4.20.13 Beautiful, Brutal, lots of support stations and a hug from father Christmas

Malcolm Bailey 11k 1.41.
Awesome event , beer at 7km and a free one at the end .

NESS XC IPSWICH
I don’t have the results for positions for this ,Mark will report on this next week.
We had 2 junior runner
Josh and Thomas Harding both ran a strong race.
Not everyone has summit their times.
We had 17 runners and this made Marks day .
Annabel Marriott went to Duxford Dash 10k and jeffed this with a friend in 1.19.37
FEN 10 MILER
4 Runners Went here
Simon Peters being paced by his son Marcus and extremely grateful as this got him a PB silver standard in 1.13.32
Marcus came in at 1.13.34,also very happy to be Pacing his Dad
Chris Newenham came in 8th in his age category in 1.14.41
They all said it was windy and Chris won’t be repeating it in a hurry
Jackie Robinson thought it was about time she entered a race and she finished this in
We have 5 places for Halstead Marathon, these will go out to the marshalls that helped on the day .
AGM is Next Thursday 6th Nov as many as possible to be here or join online .
8th November is the next XC ,Hainult near Ongar .
