This Saturday Essex league xc at Hainault 12.00 start for girls 4 miles, 12.45 for the men 5 miles.
Presentation evening 14th November. Foresters golf club, Great Totham.
Ness xc race 2, 16th November at Nuclear site in Brentwood. 5 miles race starts at 10.45.
Witham boxing day 5, in Witham on boxing day and it’s 5 miles.
Runners v riders at Friday woods, entry now open, boxing day.
Vets cross country, 13th Dec at Epping, pre entry only please let Jayne know if you would like to enter.
Vet men over 40 and over 50.
Vet ladies over 35.
