Len Marten, “In an attempt to “pull my finger out” I aimed for a finish time of 30 minute. With 500m pacing splits and lots of encouragement from Rachel I managed one second outside of the target time. Thank you, Rachel! That’s 1min 41s faster than last week and fastest time this year.” 00:30:01

Simon Gallagher, First Bronze standard and 59 seconds off my PB thanks to amazing support from Chris Gardiner, Ryan Naidoo and Rowena Redbelli. PB and Bronze std in 00:22:58
Chris Gardiner, This was the perfect example of what this club is all about. Simon Gallagher said on the pre run catch up he wanted to go for a PB and his first club standard. Through support from myself, Rowena and Ryan (and the two of them had never met before). He smashed his PB by almost a minute and dipped under 23 minutes for his first club standard. Dave Cassin, Had a great run coming in 8 seconds over my current PB. Did an extra loop after to find Papa Cassin who was walking. He came in at about 53 minutes, after taking the wrong turn on the second lap. Good crowd as usual, plenty of fellow TRRs. 00:23:19
