Markshall parkrun
Mandy Graves, running her 3rd 5k in 5 days, finishing 1st in her age group. In 29:29

Cardiff parkrun
Stacy Hember finishing 5th lady in her age group 26:52, finishing 308th out of 662 runners.
Toppersfield Toddle trail event.
Tina Clarke and Zoe Gould, had a lovely chatty Toddle. Very scenic course with a few lumpy bits finishing the 7.5 mile in 1:34.18

Edinburgh Marathon
Katy Denny running her 1st Marathon in 4:45:24
London to Brighton
Simon Gill had an epic run, 100km in 14:24:34, off the back of very little long distance training.
100 mile ride London.
Craig Vernon has printed off some cert’s and asked if I could hand them out at club, well done to Carl, Julia and Jayne, and anyone else who rode.
No training this Thursday.
Due to the Bank holiday Thursdays training will be from Wickham Bishops 9.30am start, meet outside Great Totham primary school.

Hatfield broad oak 10k.
Malcolm has written a 6-mile trail run from the Swam in Chapel, Thursday 16th June from 6.30pm.
Drinks after all welcome.
Next park run take over, will be at Mersea on the 25th June. Stay for some fun afterwards.

If you would like to be included in the parish notices results, have your pb’s and club standards recognised you will need to submit your results via the TRR website please.
If you run a club standard could you please put in the comments Bronze, silver or gold. This would really help me when I read out the notices.
