ROM
Ladies:
This lady is super supportive and encouraging not only in her Group but to all members of the club.
She has been on a mission over recent months, playing her part in contributing to the Chairman Challenge collating elevation and never giving up.
She recently smashed her long-standing 5k PB at the Essex Champs 5k..💪⭐️ A fantastic achievement!
She is consistently representing the club and wearing her TRR colours at numerous events near and far across the country
A valuable volunteer at the Maldon 5k series and a committed member of the club, always willing to help out. A fantastic example of “giving back”
Julia Bawden
Men:
He is stepping up and supporting with Run Leader Support assistance each time we ask for help and he puts everything into the training sessions, supporting other runners, whether that’s to take it a little easier on recovery sections or push harder on the efforts. He is a joy to have in the group.
He has fully thrown himself into the Chairman’s challenge this year, with a number of crazy distance races right across the country (just to get more ascent in!!!).
But this month, what has really stood out, is how this training has all come together for him in the Clacton 10k. Where he achieved a PB, a club standard and was first in age category.
Lee Kerrison is the silent man of our group. But he’s a legend!
