STEVE’S MAKE-A-WISH UK CHARITY RUN
It was a run from midnight to midday followed by my Make-A-Wish charity event. The run was inspired by a young lad called Charlie from Lancashire who had a wish granted to him as he would shortly be losing the use of his legs.
Thank you to my TRR friends who were able to support me on the run (which was so needed) & at the charity event & those who donated too! 56.8 miles
Training this Thursday, With Jayne from Witham, running the Boxing day 5 route.
Meet at Asda for 7.00pm start. Already a WhatsApp message on the Thursday training group.

2022-23 League
New league started now so please submit your results to get league points details are on our website. We now have a new tick box at the bottom, you can submit a result but not have it read out if you wish. Still get league points.

Club standard and pb claims.
Regarding club std’s, still a few of claiming std even though you have already achieved it. You can only achive a colour once (bronze/silver or gold in your age group) you either move up to the next std or change age groups. They are all recorded on the website and it is updated monthly.
Please also check your pb’s before making a claim on this also, it’s on the results page on the website, which is updated monthly.
