Phoenix Festival of Running
Andrew Goodson, 6 months and 1,100 miles of training undone by a virus in the last week. Quite proud I managed to drag it to 50 miles when I could have happily given up at 15. 50 miles in 10:01:19
Orwell challenge marathon.
Great route, beach, seawall, woodland paths. Check point every 3-4 miles now in it’s 47th year. Choice of half marathon as well. One for next year.

Simon Gallagher, Thought this would be a solo event so was great to bump into Carl Harper before the race. A lot hillier than I was expecting but still knocked 9 minutes off my PB and finished 8th overall. PB and Bronze std 01:21:19

LDWA Herts Hobble trail marathon.
Julia Bawden, A hot day for a Hobble through the Herts countryside with Sharon. With longer challenges planned we took this one at a slower pace to get used to spending time on our feet. 08:18:00

Ex member Glen Reeves raced for team GB in the European middle distance Triathlon on Saturday, he finished in 3rd position picking up a Bronze medal. He would like to thank everyone at TRR for helping him archive his goal.
