I can categorically state I would not have hit my gold standard time (I was dead on the standard time) without their support. Thank you so much…this was a real team performance.

Kimberley Hall, I absolutely gave this my all with my intention of trying for a bronze! I have never thought I’d ever be capable of getting a bronze in a million years, but after last week’s 10 km race and pb I knew I was close! So I went for it! I got it and A 5 km and a 10 km pb! Shaved two minutes off last week’s 10 km pb just six days ago! Gave it my everything ❤️Even in the pouring rain. 00:58:45

Runbeleivable Summer Party
Andrew Goodson, 2 weeks after the Saltmarsh but I can only assume my legs were making up for all the walking through the saltmarsh as the pace was way quicker than I aimed for. Ended up with a vet40 pb and first place. Nice!

Julia Bawden, Enjoyed being back in Devon, just down the road from Grizzly territory, for this lovely event. Fairly flat for the first 20 miles and then hit the SW Coast Path so can claim 1125 ft total ascent for the Chairman’s Challenge 🙂 time of 05:16:59
