Dave Cassin, “My first Essex Trail event and most enjoyable and relaxed run. Went wrong a couple of times but didn’t add much extra distance. Hoping to get quicker when I get used to the abbreviations. Nice bacon roll and a pint in the pub after while I waited for the others to come in.” 01:12:21
