Essex league xc race at Ilford on the 10th Feb, you need to pre register with Roster athletics please.

Ness xc race 5, at Hadleigh Suffolk 18th Feb, there is a small chance we could still win the league but we need you to turn up and run please.

Getting as many TRR together to run at Colchester Castle Parkrun. It will be great to see as many of you there as possible
