Great Notley parkrun, TRR take over.
Len Marten, I think I’m actually getting somewhere with this leg/ankle recovery thing! It’s amazing what you can achieve if you can follow the advice that your physio gives you (mostly). 00:32:31

Rom October
Ladies,
This girl is on fire! What can I say, she smashed Southend 10K with a PB in 44.20, our award winning home race the T10 on a blisteringly hot day with yet another PB and a bronze county medal. She’s even embracing XC where the ladies’ team are putting in exceptional performances finishing in stong places in both leagues. To top it all she achieved a county bronze for the Essex Grand Prix series, which takes real dedication and commitment. She does all this whilst juggling work and a young family. Very well deserved.
Ladies: Simone Hilliard
Men,
He has had an excellent racing month with two PB’s and Club Standard performances –
He started the month with a PB at the Great South 10 mile run which he completed in a brilliant 1hr14m49s earning himself a Silver Standard.
Later in the month he followed this up with another PB performance at the Duxford Dash Road 5k in another brilliant Silver Standard time of 21m31s.
These two performances now qualify him to receive an award at the presentation evening for 5 Silver Standards.
He is always very supportive to others at training and regularly steps up as RLS as well as providing the good humour!
